Presentation:

The annual exhibition Polyurethanex is the unique in Russia the international specialized exhibition of polyurethane materials which visually shows achievements in sphere of materials technology, promoting exhibitors in establishing of new business contacts and partner relations.

Polyurethanex is held in the end of February at the leading exhibition centre of Moscow - Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre.

The event purpose is defined by three components:

• Industrial and Economic Relations' Development;
• Scientific and Technical Information Exchange;
• Wide introduction and application of innovative technologies of polyurethane materials manufacturing and introduction.

The main visitors of the previous Polyurethanex editions are representatives of the ministries and departments, heads and leading experts of the enterprises and organizations of car building, railway, aircraft and pipe-line transport; oil and gas branches; a military-industrial complex, shoe-making, light, furniture-making, chemical and mining industry, metallurgy, research and external economic sphere (brunches), construction, and also other industrial enterprises and educational institutions.

In 2024, in terms of the number of occupied areas, the exhibition Polyurethanex increased by 50% compared to last year and amounted to more than 5000 sq.m.

111 Russian and foreign manufacturers of raw materials and equipment for polyurethane production from Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Turkey, China, the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran took part in the exhibition.

In 2024, at the Composite-Expo and Polyurethanex exhibitions, on an area of about 15000 sq. m, accommodated 291 exhibitors, including 143 domestic and 148 foreign from 6 countries. The number of visitors was more than 7500 people, including 90% specialists from various industries. This indicates the increased needs of the Russian market for the use of modern innovative materials and technologies in various industries.

The integral part of Polyurethanex exhibitions is the scientifically-practical conference "Modern State and Prospects of Development of Production and Use of Polyurethane Materials in Russia" which essentially increases an operational efficiency of exhibitors and visitors at the exhibition. Aiming at development of close interrelations of science and manufacture, conference contains the maximum volume of the innovative information and boosts active interchange of professional experience.

The conference purpose is discussion of actual problems and new workings out in the field of polyurethane materials by leading scientists and experts, an exchange of experience concerning equipment designing, operation and modernization, presentation of new technologies and equipment.
