Polyurethanex 2023 report on activity:

The 14th edition of Polyurethanex was held on March 28 – 30, 2023 at Expocentre Fairgrounds, Moscow, Russia. The event is a traditional annual business meeting place of Russian and foreign industry experts, manufacturers, suppliers & consumers of polyurethane, technologies & equipment for polyurethane-based finished products, it’s a wrap-up meeting place and source of new information the further development would be difficult without.

During the exhibition, the specialists held many negotiations with potential customers, established new business contacts and discussed new projects with representatives of various industries. It is worth noting that the specialized exhibitions become more effective every year.

Within the exhibition the special section of ADHESIVES and SEALANTS was introduced having attracted significant attention of specialists of the industry: manufacturers and consumers of adhesive and sealing materials.

Polyurethanex is a leading international specialized event in polyurethane industry in Russia, where full range of manufactures of raw materials, equipment and finished products of polyurethane is widely introduced. In 2023 exhibition area increased by more than 15% and the exhibition attracted by 5% more visitors in comparison with the last year edition: over 6000 specialists.

65 exhibitors from 6 countries (Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Turkey, China, the UAE and the Islamic Republic of Iran) took part in the Polyurethanex 2023.

At the Polyurethanex 2023 there presented the following brand new materials and products::

Flokser Chemical Company offers the Russian market polyurethane raw materials (glycol, isocyanate, polyols, acids, solvents, flame retardants, auxiliary chemicals, etc.) and products made of polyurethane, polyurea, polyester products in the footwear, construction, building reinforcement, waterproofing, sound and heat insulation, floor covering, automotive, work safety shoes, adhesive and white goods sectors with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons through Europe, Africa, Middle East dealers and distributor channels and exports to more than 40 countries in various continents, especially Russia.

 

BEAL GROUP Company is a manufacturer of polyesters, polyols, component systems, amine catalysts and trimerization catalysts used in the production of sandwich panels PUR, PIR, thermal insulation boards, single-component mounting foams and other polyurethane foam products..

 

Imen Polymer Chemie is an Iranian manufacturer of polyurethane systems using modern technologies and advanced laboratory equipment. Nowadays the company managed to develop more than 150 types of compounds for various applications, including rigid foams for insulation of refrigerators and freezers, insulation of pipes, solid and intermittent panels, polyurethane foam for sound and thermal insulation, imitation wood, packaging and flexible cold-cured foam, including car seats and furniture, foam with high elasticity, memory foam and elastic foam for steering wheels, air filters, wiring harnesses, foam gaskets, as well as raw materials for paints and floor coverings, colored pastes, etc.


Starting with the production of polyurethane raw materials in 1999, Poleks Kimya is the first manufacturer of polyurethane systems in Turkey and has a factory in Istanbul with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons. Jiahua Chemistry is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals, new materials and ready-made solutions for business in China with a wide range of products and strong technical support. The company presented the following products at the exhibition: polyester polyols for flexible and rigid foams, silicone surfactants, MS Polymers, TPU, UV monomers, Non-ionic surfactants, construction chemicals.

 

Pusmak Spray PU Machinery Company presented high-pressure hydraulic equipment for spraying polyurethane and polyurea of its own production at the exhibition Polyurethanex 2023. In addition to hydraulic sprayers, the company offers all kinds of products, such as spray guns for polyurethane, pneumatic pumps for pumping, heated hoses, drum mixers, machines for cutting off excess polyurethane, etc. for this sector.

 

MACROCHEM Сompany is one of the largest suppliers of raw materials for the manufacture of a wide range of products made of Polyurethane, EVA, TPU and PVC. The company sells both standard polyurethane systems, as well as a wide range of not only basic raw materials, but also all additional components necessary for the manufacture of any finished product: catalysts, MDI fluoropolymers, prescription polyols, separating lubricants, pigment pastes and spray paints.

 

Polysphere Company presented a high–tech insulation - sprayed polyurethane foam. This material is intended for seamless thermal insulation of walls and roofs of industrial, administrative and residential buildings, ship structures, containers, industrial refrigerators and cold rooms, pipelines, tanks and reservoirs, construction structures and structures, including those with complex shapes (arches, columns). This product uses recycled plastic materials and materials from renewable sources, and the foaming agent does not destroy the ozone layer.

 

At the same time with Polyurethanex, there held the International Specialized Exhibition Composite-Expo (15th edition) allowed a wide range of specialists to get acquainted with innovation technologies of manufacturing and samples of finished products of composite materials for different branches of industry. In 2023, the exhibition was attended by 110 companies from 7 countries (Russia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, Turkey, China, the UAE and the Islamic Republic of Iran).

In 2023, on the space about 9000 sq. m. there situated 180 exhibitors, including 131 national (domestic) companies and 49 foreign ones from 7 countries. About 7400 people visited the shows and 90% of them were specialists in different fields of industry. It witnesses growing demands of the Russian market to use modern innovation materials and technologies in different industries.
