Syntexo develops and manufactures polyurethane products of any complexity using modern casting equipment. This technology enables the production of items in various colors and hardness levels ranging from 60 to 98 Shore A. Our polyurethane products offer high wear resistance, durability under heavy loads, and resistance to aggressive environments.

Syntexo manufactures polyurethane jaw couplings, scrapers, technical plates, dampers, bumpers, spacers, and other products. The company also provides pipe lining and rubberizing of conveyor rollers.

Starting in 2025, foamed polyurethane will be available for order, offering lightweight properties combined with high durability.

Syntexo specializes in the production of polyurethane wheels and provides full replacement and restoration of polyurethane coatings for used industrial wheels, rollers, and shafts. A trade-in option for polyurethane wheels is available, helping to reduce equipment upgrade costs.
