Tables 310/314 are established at the choice of the Exhibitor.
Standard chairs are 300a (black).
The location of the equipment must be indicated by the Exhibitor on the layout of the stand.
The electrical equipment (spotlights & sockets) included in the standard set is located along the open sides of the stand. If the equipment is moved to the back of the stand (no matter how many meters deep), it is charged additionally according to the Price-List for additional equipment.
The electrical equipment included in the standard set is located along the open sides of the stand. If the equipment is moved deeper into the stand, the cable will be paid additionally (Supply rail, per 1 lm (code 500 according the price-list) - 24EUR+VAT22% per 1 running meter inside the stand). 1 running meter = 1 wall panel.
If the electrical equipment (sockets) is located at a distance of more than 2 meters from the walls/frieze part of the stand, then the electrical cable must be laid using a cable duct. The cost of installing a cable channel is not included in the cost of the standard stand, but is calculated as extra equipment in accordance with the Price List for extra equipment (Floor cable-channel, per 1 lm (no code) - 26EUR+VAT22% per 1 running meter). 1 running meter = 1 wall panel.
It is prohibited to use electrical splitters, extension cords, or to plug in electrical devices with a power rating that exceeds the stated rating.
In cost of the standard booth an inscription on fascia board (9 symbols, number of the booth) is included. If a booth has more than one side open, an exhibitor is able to order an additional inscription on fascia board for extra price of 71EUR+VAT22% euro, every additional symbol of fascia name cost 2,5EUR+VAT22% euro extra.
Please note! Replacement of standard booth equipment with any other equipment from the price-list is not provided.
