Polyurethanex 2026 report on activity:

From April 22 to 24, 2026, the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center hosted the 17th international specialized exhibition of polyurethane materials, technologies, and equipment, Polyurethanex, organized by the Mir-Expo Exhibition Company.

During the exhibition, experts held numerous negotiations with potential customers, established new business contacts, and discussed new projects with representatives from various industries. It is worth noting that the effectiveness of specialized exhibitions is increasing every year.

In 2026, the Polyurethanex exhibition grew by 10% in terms of the number of occupied areas, compared to the previous year, and amounted to more than 5,500 square meters. The exhibition was attended by 126 Russian and foreign manufacturers of raw materials and equipment for the production of polyurethanes from Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Turkey, China, the United Arab Emirates, and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The exhibition featured a special section on adhesives and sealants, which provided a wide range of professional visitors with an opportunity to learn about innovative technologies and samples of finished products made from polyurethane materials and products for various industries, as well as manufacturers and consumers of adhesive and sealing materials.

At the Polyurethanex 2026 there presented the following brand-new materials and products:

One of the leading suppliers of chemical raw materials in the polyurethane industry, Avis Chemical, presented a wide range of products for the production of flexible and rigid polyurethanes, sealants, adhesives, coatings, compounds, elastomers, and more. The company offers chemical raw materials directly from the production plants of such products as polyols (polyether polyol, simple polyester); isocyanates (PDI, MDI, aliphatic, aromatic); toluene diisocyanate (TDI 80/20); flame retardants (trichloropropyl phosphate, trichloroethyl phosphate); epoxy resins, hardeners, and much more.

Adhesiv, a research and production company, presented polymer self-leveling floors, adhesive materials, sealants, compounds, mold lubricants, polyurethane foams, and surface preparation systems for construction, automotive, mining, oil and gas, shipbuilding, and other industries.

A regular exhibitor of the Polyurethanex exhibition, ASD-Technika LLC, has been developing and producing high-quality automated dosing and mixing equipment for polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, polyester, acrylate, siloxane, adhesive, and other components for the production of polymers, composite, and hybrid products for over 17 years. The company's specialists have developed a unique range of equipment, including adhesive application equipment, elastomer dosing stations, spheroplastics, sealants, coordinate manipulators, preparation reactors for binding and curing compounds, infusion production complexes, automatic conveyor lines, and robotic systems.

Aerosolex Company (Dzerzhinsk) is the first company in Russia to produce high-purity dimethyl ether using its own patented technology, which demonstrates high energy efficiency and the highest possible purity. The company is also a system supplier of other raw materials for the production of aerosols, food and cosmetic products, household chemicals, and construction materials. At the exhibition, the company presented a new product for the first time: dimethyl ether in a canister for household and laboratory extraction. Aerosolex was the first company in Russia to produce this product, thereby replacing imports from Switzerland.

VITAREACTIV LLC, a supplier of industrial chemicals of domestic and imported production, presented at its stand a wide range of chemical products: raw materials for composites: epoxy resins of various brands ED-8, ED-16, ED-20, ED-22; KER 828, SM 828, CYD 128, modified epoxy resins K-153 A, K-115, etc., formaldehyde, organosilicon, as well as the hardeners PEPA, THETA, TEPA, DETA from China, Europe; accelerator, active diluent AGE, catalysts, inhibitors; raw materials for polyurethane foam: polyols, polyisocyanates, catalysts, additives, stabilizers, flame retardants, foaming agents, hardeners, and methylene chloride; adhesives, sealants: epoxy, cyanoacrylate, rubber, anaerobic, organosilicon, silicone, thiol, etc.; special chemistry: peroxide hardeners, oligoether acrylates, anhydrides, alcohols, acids, photo initiators, etc.

Volga-Polymer NN is a company specializing in the development of technologies for the processing of thermoplastics and reactive plastics, as well as equipment for their full-cycle processing, including preparation, mixing, and dosing of components (with the possibility of spraying materials filled with fiberglass or mineral fillers) into an open or closed mold, pressing, and final processing by milling, cutting, and stamping. At the stand, the company presented its own-developed equipment: a reaction-dosage machine for processing polycyclopentadiene (PDCPD) with ruthenium hardeners and samples of PDCPD products; high-pressure filling and dosing machines and samples of parts using Pur, Rim, R-Rur, R-Rim, Spray Skin, FGP(LFI), HP-RTM, PDCPD, and RIM polyamide technologies.

One of the leading manufacturers of polyurethane systems and components in Russia and the CIS countries, Daw Izolan, presented about 400 types of polyurethane systems of its own production at the exhibition. The company's modern research center, combined with its extensive experience in the field of polyurethanes, allows its specialists to develop and implement new polyurethane systems that are used to create innovative materials.

MACRO has been successfully operating in the market for more than a quarter of a century, and is a reliable and proven supplier. The company is engaged in the production, research, and sale of innovative chemical solutions in the Russian markets, and offers a full range of materials and components for the production and repair of footwear.

MEGAPROM LLC, a professional full-cycle supplier in the polyurethane chemistry market, presented the following key components at the exhibition: ready-made polyurethane systems, elastomers, polyurea, as well as basic raw materials such as polyols, isocyanates, and specialized additives.

NTX LLC is one of the leading companies in the development and implementation of polyurethane solutions for various industries in Russia, as well as in neighboring and foreign countries. At its booth, the company offered a wide range of polyurethane products and solutions, including polyurethane systems, PIR systems for metal sandwich panels, polyurethane adhesives, and raw materials for the polyurethane industry.

For 30 years, Novyi Dom has been engaged in the development, production, and promotion of paint and varnish materials, producing products under the Palizh® brand. The company's wide range includes universal pigment concentrates, system colorants for automatic tinting, pigment pastes for tinting polymer materials, as well as other products and services.

OKAHIM, a federal supplier of chemical raw materials for the industry, specializes in the comprehensive supply of domestic and imported chemical components for various industries. One of the company's key areas of expertise is the supply of raw materials for the production of polyurethane systems (PUR and PIR). The company's product range includes polyols, flame retardants, glycols, amines, and other chemical components necessary for the synthesis of polyurethane foams and materials. These substances are used in the production of thermal insulation materials, furniture fillers, adhesive systems, and building panels.

Sky Chemicals, a supplier of polyurethane systems and thermoplastic elastomers (TEPs) for various industries, showcased polyurethane systems for the automotive industry, adhesive solutions, furniture decor, thermal insulation, rubber and sports coatings, as well as special compounds.

Hangzhou Adepta Technology Co. (AdeptaChem) is an international manufacturer of high-tech components for rigid polyurethane foam (PUR/PIR) with its own production facilities in China. The company's key products were showcased at the exhibition, including raw materials for PUR/PIR sandwich panels, thermal insulation boards and PIR blocks, pipe insulation (pipe-in-pipe), sprayed thermal insulation and installation foams, polyester polyols, sprayed and aerosol PU solutions, pre-polymers and adhesives, catalysts, and additives.

 

Huntsman-NMG JSC is a developer and manufacturer of innovative polyurethane systems for the production of protective, construction, and sports coatings, everyday and protective footwear, automotive components, and furniture foams, industrial adhesives, and thermal insulation. The production facility is located in Obninsk, Kaluga Region, and the company has branches in Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Chelyabinsk, and Novosibirsk.

 

PUROVIK, a company specializing in the design, production, and sale of dosing equipment, presented PUROVIK dosing units at the exhibition. These units provide exceptional accuracy and repeatability of results. The equipment effectively works with various one- and two-component systems, allowing for the creation of reliable sealing and airtight connections, the bonding of parts, and the execution of various castings and compound applications.

 

RECAZ CHEMICALS, an international manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals, offers comprehensive solutions that include chemical products, equipment, and technical support for the polyurethane, paint and coatings, detergent and cosmetics, construction, and healthcare industries.

 

Makromer, a company with a full innovation cycle, from research and development to pilot and large-scale production, presented a full range of products at its booth: active diluents and epoxy modifiers; oligomer-monomer polymerizing UV-curing compositions; various polymer dispersions (polymer-polyols, PU dispersions); surfactants for various purposes (foaming agents, oil deemulgators, and concrete superplasticizers); and PU prepolymers for adhesives and coatings.

 

SUREL LLC is a research and production enterprise engaged in the development and production of polyurethane and siloxane materials. The company's product range includes: urethane prepolymers and hot-curing compositions for the production of high-quality injection elastomers with a hardness of 30 Shore A to 80 Shore D; cold-curing urethane compositions for the production of injection elastomers; urethane prepolymer hardeners; polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and binders; polyurethane products; and siloxane sealants, casting, and encapsulation compositions for electronics and other applications.

Nanjing Unistar New Materials co., Ltd is a supplier of raw materials for polyurethanes, polyureas, and epoxy resins, including MDI (standard MDI and HF MDI), TDI, polyols, hardeners, flame retardants, catalysts, silicone surfactants, foaming agents, dyes, etc.

 

Shandong Longhua New Material Co., Ltd., based on its deep industry experience and constant technological innovation, the company, focusing on its product line, including polyester polyols, polymer polyols and polyesters with amine end groups, offers high-quality, differentiated products and customized solutions. The company's products are widely used in many key areas, such as furniture, shoe materials, coatings, sealants, adhesives, sports coatings, materials for cars powered by new energy sources, and so on. Shandong Longhua New Material is optimizing its production structure around two main lines for the production of polyester polyols and nylon resin in order to accelerate the formation of new production facilities. It is expected that the new production facilities for polyester with a capacity of 330,000 tons will be put into operation in June 2026, after the completion of the construction of the production capacity.

 

At the same time with Polyurethanex, the 18th international specialized exhibition Composite-Expo was held, which provided an introduction to a wide range of visitors-specialists with innovative technologies of production and samples of finished products of composite materials and products from them for various industries. 168 companies from 6 countries (Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Turkey, China, the UAE and the Islamic Republic of Iran) took part in the exhibition.
