Exhibitors' Questions
What is an equipped space, why is it more expensive than a non-equipped one, what space would you recommend our company?
If a company books an equipped space it gets a turn-key booth that includes walls, frieze inscription, lighting, electricity up to 1 kWt, standard equipment that depends on the number of square meters. A non-equipped space is usually ordered by companies who have their own exclusive booth that they build at the exhibition by themselves. In this case the accreditation of a company-builder should be done, the documents should be presented for confirmation of fire and other safety of the booth construction.
What is the difference between the types of booths, why is a half-island booth more expensive than a row one?
A row booth is open for work with visitors only from one side, other three walls are blind. Therefore, corner booths are open from two sides, head booth - three ones and island booth - four sides accordingly. The bigger amount of the open sides gives an opportunity to communicate effectively with visitors, not creating a crowd of those who want to get the information if there's a sufficient number of managers-consultants at the booth.
