Elastokam is a joint venture of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftehim and BASF Polyurethanes GmbH. It is located on the territory of Nizhnekamskneftehim and comprises production of polyol component, a warehouse, a testing department and an analytical laboratory. Technical Center, laboratory and a warehouse are located in Vsevolozhsk near St. Petersburg. Sales departments are in Moscow and Vsevolozhsk.

Elastokam produces polyol component (component A) in Nizhnekamsk, Russia. Isocyanate component is delivered from European production sites of Europe.

Elastokam is focused on manufacture of polyurethane systems for a wide range of applications: construction (polyurethane raw materials for sandwich panels, sprayed thermal insulation, thermoklinker panels), polyurethane raw materials for commercial and household refrigerators, boilers, pipes.

Using of advanced technology  of BASF Polyurethanes GmbH and a prime location within a large chemical  enterprise industry Nizhnekamskneftekhim guaranties joint venture  Elastokam  a strong market position in polyurethane systems in Russia.
